Delhi Finance Minister Atishi announced Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana in his budget speech on Monday. According to the law, the Kejriwal government will provide Rs. 1,000 per month to every woman under the age of 18 from the financial year 2024-25.

Delhi Finance Minister Atishi said delhi government will release Rs. 1,000 every month for every woman aged 18 years and above. Women will benefit from this benefit under Mukyamnatri Mahila Samman Yojana.

It is worth noting that – Rs 2,000 crore has been allocated for Mukyamnatri Mahila Samman Yojana.

Who can benefit from this assistance?

The government has included three passengers in the plans. Taxpayers, retired women and public employees will be excluded from this service.

If you are a school or college, you are eligible to get Rs 1,000 per month.

You qualify if you are working but your income is not taxed. This will also include women working in the unorganized sector.

Housewives who do not have access to state pension can also benefit from this right. Stating that Kejriwal has worked for everyone since he became the prime minister of Delhi, Atishi said, “If Arvind Kejriwal worked the hardest for anyone, it should be for the grandmother of Delhi.” I can do it, we can do it.

A total of 1,100 residents per group can use the facility each year, but the total number of residents per year is limited to 77,000. The statement said that 38,000 beneficiaries (senior citizens) have traveled under the scheme since its inception.
